Payment and delivery
The goods in our store, except for the Foundation’s souvenirs, are handmade. Each item has its own size, color scheme, and is unique.
Time of order fulfillment.
If the item is in stock, we will send it to you within 48 hours.
You can pay for the order after receiving it (cash on delivery), before receiving it – by transferring funds to a bank account or PrivatBank card. If you pay by card, please let us know and we will send you the card number.
We send orders via Nova Poshta. Payment for the services of Nova Poshta is made by the buyer at the rates of Nova Poshta.
We also send our products to most countries of the world. Write to us (email@example.com). Together we will decide on the most convenient delivery methods, payment and other conditions.
Returns and exchanges.

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the Goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days starting from the day following the receipt of the Goods by notifying the Seller. The return or exchange of goods for a similar one is possible in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and only if the following conditions are met:
1. The goods did not fit in size, style, color, shape, dimensions or other characteristics that make it impossible to use them for their intended purpose.
2. The product is defective or mechanically defective due to the fault of the manufacturer.
3. No more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase. There are appropriate labels and a carefully opened box.
4. The product is brand new and in perfect condition, i.e. it has not been used before.
5. There are no signs of outside interference, that is, the terms of warranty service have not been violated.
6. Preserved presentation (the product has no dirt, stains, scratches, scuffs, cuts, tears or other signs of use).
In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, the Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer to return or exchange the Goods.
If a similar product is not available at the time of exchange, you can:
1. Exchange the product for a similar one as soon as it is available and goes on sale.
2. Purchase any other product, respectively, with the transfer of the cost.
3. Receive funds in the amount of the value of the returned goods.
4. Completely refuse to exchange the goods.
