The terms “Nasha Peremoha”, “Foundation”, “we”, “us” or “our” used in these Terms and Conditions refer to the Charitable Organization “CHARITY FOUNDATION “NASHA PEREMOHA”, a non-profit organization (code 39488006, address: Tymoshenko St., 7B, room 35, Kyiv, 04212), which carries out charitable activities with the help of the Site.
The collection and use of personal data in connection with your use of the Site is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Total deal

(2) the laws of your country do not restrict your use of the Site;
(3) you comply with these Terms and applicable legal requirements.
Areas of activity of the Charitable Organization “Charitable Fund “Our Victory”
Short version: The “Nasha Peremoha” site is intended for users who wish to make a charitable contribution or otherwise help the Foundation.
The charitable organization “Charitable Fund Nasha Peremoga” helps the elderly and people with special needs, in particular, it provides financial assistance to a home for the elderly in the village of Peremoga, Baryshiv district, Kyiv region, supports its residents by organizing holidays with gifts, entertainment and rehabilitation programs. Regular supply of products and essential goods to the residents of the building is also carried out, capital and current repair works are carried out.
The “Nasha Peremoha” BO site is a tool for carrying out charitable activities, in particular, within the framework of the following projects:
- Winning moves
- Recycled Rugs
- Yadlivchanka_story
- Regular provision of hygiene care products
The site is intended for users who wish to make a charitable contribution (“Donors”) or otherwise help the Foundation (“Volunteers”).
Support
Short version: You can make one-time and monthly/annual charitable payments to the Foundation using the Site. Funds received by the Fund are used to help the elderly. You can familiarize yourself with the financial and tax reports on the use of funds on the Site.
With the help of the Site, users can make charitable contributions for the benefit of the Foundation, which uses them in the above directions. Optionally, you can specify the name of the specific project you wish to support. You can make a one-time contribution or subscribe to a monthly/annual payment for a certain amount, which can be canceled at any time using the Privat24 application or by contacting your bank.
To receive an individual report on the Foundation’s use of charitable contributions, contact us at team@nashaperemoga.com.ua. Reports are also published by the Foundation via the link.
Please note that payments through our Site are provided by transferring funds to the Fund’s current account using the Visa and MasterCard payment systems or by a payment service provider that we do not control, namely LiqPay. Once you follow a link to pay with LiqPay, you must comply with the terms of use, privacy policy and other policies of such provider. In no case is the Fund responsible for the payment data processed by such a provider.

Volunteers
Short version: If you wish to join the charitable activities of the Foundation, you can become a volunteer.
We invite you to help the home for the elderly not only with money, but also with volunteering. To do this, please fill in the form on the Site and choose one of the proposed types of assistance. Our coordinator will contact you using the specified contact details and tell you how and when you can help the Foundation in charitable activities.
Organization of an event or musical program for elderly people. Please send to our e-mail address team@nashaperemoga.com.ua information about the event you want to organize (program, time, performers, possible costs, etc.). For a more detailed discussion of the program, our coordinator can contact you using the provided contact information.
Take part in a physical rehabilitation program (if you are a rehabilitation doctor, sports doctor, etc.). Elderly residents of the house and people with disabilities need medical assistance more than anyone. Therefore, if you have a license to carry out medical activities, please send to our email team@nashaperemoga.com.ua information about the help you can provide.
Maintain a page on Instagram. If you want to maintain “Nasha Perenoha” page on Instagram, you must comply with the following requirements. Once you have received your login credentials for our social network profile, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and are responsible for all actions you take using the Foundation’s profile. You may not transfer or make available the Foundation’s profile to other persons. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the profile does not cause damage to the Foundation, including reputational damage, and does not conflict with applicable laws, rules or other regulatory acts. If you know or for any reason suspect that someone has accessed the Nasha Peremoha page on Instagram, or the login details have been lost, stolen, illegally obtained or otherwise compromised, please notify us immediately by email team@nashaperemoga.com.ua.
Photo/video recording. By taking photos or videos in aid of the Foundation’s charitable activities, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use your photos and videos in any legal way.
At your request, the Foundation concludes an appropriate agreement on the implementation of volunteer activities.
Third-party services and websites
Short version: When using sites and services that we do not control, you must comply with other terms of use and privacy policies.
Some functions of the Site, such as making a charitable payment, involve the use of third-party services and sites that “Nasha Peremoha” does not control.
In case of problems, we will make every effort to solve them. However, we are not responsible for the content and functionality that may be offered on such third-party sites or services, or for any loss, damage or other monetary liability incurred as a result of your use of such third-party sites or services.
Please note that other terms of use and privacy policies apply to your use of third-party sites and services. In no case, “Nasha Peremoha” is not responsible for personal data processed by third-party sites and services.
Content and Intellectual Property
Short version: The Foundation owns the Site and all its content. We grant you certain rights to use the Site and content to the extent provided by these Terms.

The Foundation is responsible for the use of charitable contributions in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
However, we do not make any promises or guarantees, in particular, regarding the accuracy, usefulness, reliability, or correctness of the Site. BECAUSE Nasha Peremoha does not guarantee that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or secure, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful elements.
The Foundation is not responsible if any information, materials, content available through the Site is inaccurate or incomplete, as well as for typographical errors or deficiencies in the text or other materials.
In no event shall the Foundation, its founders, employees, contractors or volunteers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the Site, including, without limitation, any damages , which arose as a result of errors, omissions and interruptions in work, defects, viruses, even if the Fund was informed of the possibility of such losses.
The above disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Compensation for damages
Short version: You are responsible for your use of the Site. If you harm someone else or get into a dispute, we will not be involved in resolving it.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
Short version: This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. We hope to resolve all issues peacefully, but in the event that a serious dispute arises between us, it must be resolved in a court of Ukraine.

If any material on the Site or your use of the Site is contrary to the laws of your location, the Site is not intended for you and we ask that you do not use it. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the laws of your jurisdiction and to comply with them.
Any dispute, conflict, claim or dispute, directly or indirectly related to the Site or these Terms, in particular, their validity, interpretation or application, must be resolved through peaceful negotiations directly with the team of “Nasha Peremoha” in accordance with the principles of good faith and cooperation. If it is not possible to reach a consensus through negotiations, the dispute must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine, in compliance with the rules of jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable substantive law of Ukraine.
All claims must be brought within one (1) year after they arise, unless applicable law requires a longer period.

By submitting your email to us through the Site, you understand and agree that we may send you communications to the contact information you provide, including (i) notices of updates to the Site; (ii) information or materials related to your use of the Site, making charitable contributions and their use, volunteer requests; (iii) information on updating the Terms.
You have the option to opt out of receiving electronic communications from us by following the instructions provided in such communications.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations hereunder.
A printed version of these Terms is admissible evidence in legal or administrative proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site, to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records created and stored in in printed form.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change that may affect your use of the Site or your rights as a Site user, we will notify you of such changes within a reasonable period of time before they become effective by posting an appropriate notice on the Site or sending you an electronic message.
